This article is intended for the honest individual who has a sincere desire for the truth of God’s word, the Bible, and not simply belonging to a particular religion.

Please consider this simply fact. In the world today there are literally 1,000’s of Christian denominations in the world today, and yet they all claim to read and believe the same book, the Bible. How can that be? I believe the answer is a fairly simply one, even though they all say they believe ‘every word,’ - they don’t.

This should be a sobering thought for those of us who are basing our ’eternity’ on the truths which God has revealed to us in His Word.

The Messiah said, “you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.” (John 8:32)

No one has ever been set free by believing a lie.

In this article I’ll list a number of passages, bible teaching, that I’ve discussed with numerous pastors and ministers over the last few decades, and as you’ll see the ‘teaching’ from the bible are very clear and easy to understand these ‘ministers’ refused to accept them. And consequently those that follow these ministers are being mislead.

In the past I’ve often tried to understand how a minister, a man who was suppose to be ‘leading people on the path to salvation’ would reject any ‘truth’ from God’s word when it is shown to him. I’m sure there are far more reasons then I could speculate on, but I believe, that is it is my opinion for I’m not judging any man’s motives, one reason might be, is that when a minister’s livelihood, his financial support: food, shelter, medical care, and so on, depends on those in his congregation, he may be a little hesitant to preach ‘against ‘ a long held tradition of his particular church.

A lot of the bible passages that will be quoted in this article are going to be just such ’truths.’ Truths that if they where accepted by those that profess to believe in God’s Word, all these 1000’s of ‘denominations’ or divisions, would no longer be. They would all be part of the body of the Messiah, Yahoshua, and not 1,000’s of various Christian groups, none of them believing the same thing.

An Offer to any sincere individual or group

As I mentioned earlier what your about to read I’ve discussed with many ministers in the past and I would count it a blessing to discuss, not argue, them again with any individual, bible study group or congregation, publicly or privately.

I believe the reason the angels in heaven rejoice over ‘one’ sinner that repents, is because it doesn’t happen to often. To the ‘ministers’ and all those that consider themselves teachers: would you be willing to forsake all for the Truth of God’s Word? If embracing any of the Truths you’re about to read in this article meant losing your congregation, or your friends and possibly even members of your family () would you be willing put aside any false teaching you’ve preached over the years and embrace that truth? Please consider carefully the words of the Savior in the following passages and allow the Father’s Spirit teach you.

Mat 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.

Mat 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

Mat 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Mat 10:37 He that loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

Mat 10:38 And he that takes not his cross, and follows after me, is not worthy of me.

Mat 10:39 He that finds his life shall lose it: and he that loses his life for my sake shall find it.

(Possibly delete, unless I have space to talk about it)

In John 6:44-45, the Savior gives a two conditions that have to be meet, concerning all those that will come onto him.

He tells us that only those that are being called, or drawn, by the Father can come onto him. And how are we drawn to him?

John 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

John 6:45 It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Therefore every man therefore that has heard, and has learned of the Father, comes unto me.

Years ago an individual once told me that he knew of a woman that had only one verse in the bible memorized, John 3’:16. And this individual said she “got more people saved with just that one verse.” I asked how is that be possible? I would think that if someone never heard of the Savior in the past and someone were to quote Jon 3:16 my first question would be, “what is it that I have to believe about this person? For how could someone say that they believe in someone and not know who that person is or what it is they said or represent? Well according to the words of the Savior that we’ve just read, that isn’t possible. The Messiah clearly tells us “they shall be all taught of God. Therefore every man that has heard and has learned of the Father comes to the Savior.”

For an individual to ’come to the Savior’ they would have, or should have, first been taught of God. And how would that of happened? Through the reading of the ’only’ scriptures that were available to anyone at the time the Messiah spoke these words, that being the Tanak*, the so-called Old Testament.

What your about to read are 3 things the Savior said that should be believed and accepted by all who say that know him, but the sad truth is that what your about to read isn’t believe by most Christian Churches today.

1) John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know you the only true God, and Yahshua Messiah, whom thou hast sent.

2) Matthew 5:17-19, Rom 2:11-13

3) Luke 13:22-23 few saved.

Did you notice what the Messiah said about the Heavenly Father? That He is the ‘Only’ true God. How many Christians today believe the words of the Master, that the Father is the only true God. Most churches twist or misunderstand a handful of passages such as Gen 1:26, Is 9:6, John 1:1, Jn 8:58, Jn 10:34, Jn 20:28, and XXXXX.

And completely ignore or deny all that Yahshua Messiah said about himself.

That the Heavenly Father is not only ‘our God’ but also ‘his God.’

(John 20:17; Mk 15:34; Jn 11:21-22; Rev 3:12)

That he wasn’t God but

The ‘Son of God’ (Matt 14:33; Matt 26:63; Matt 27:43, 54; Mk 1:1; Jn 20:31;

(Contrary to what many believe the phrase ‘God the Son’ never appears in Bible.)

The ‘Word of God’ not ‘god the word’

The ‘Lamb of God’ not ‘god the lamb’

The first born of God’s creation (XXXXXXX)

Yahshua came not to do his will but the will of God, His Father.

Act 2:22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:

Act 2:33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

Act 7:55 But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,

Act 8:37 And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

Act 9:20 And straightway he preached Christ in the synagogues, that he is the Son of God.

Rom 1:4 And declared [to be] the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:

1Jo 3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

1Jo 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

;1Jo 4:15 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.

1Jo 5:1 Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.

1Jo 5:5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

2Pe 1:17 For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Rev 19:13 And he [was] clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

Explain the Tanak and that it’s talked about discussed more at length in Part 3 or the Hard sayings of Paul. Maybe type an article up just on it.
